"STAYING OUT OF THE ER" BY NORTHBRIDGE PLAYER DR TAM POLLOCK-FLINDERS
We're fortunate in our club to have many great members, from all sorts of backgrounds and fields. One of our fantastic members you may recognise from down at the courts or have been fortunate enough to play with is Dr Tam Pollock-Flinders an ER Doctor at St George Hospital. We've asked Dr Tam what we can all do to minimise injury and prolong our playing days!
Players should be aware of the new and updated Rules of Netball. You can familiarise yourself with those on our umpires resources page where you can watch explainer videos and download written single page explainers
